Very effective, there’s a decent high and I on average had about 2 cap fulls and was very relaxed. Not a five star cause that flavor is sickly abysmal after the thrird time of shooting it. Yes, you can and definitely advised to mix it but it hits quicker (for myself) just shooting it back
